Boost compound is a middle ground between the 
Fast Tires and 
Durable Tires. Although this set is not as efficient as the former (120 vs. 225 in Acceleration and Cornering) and not as long-lasting as the latter (80 vs. 115 in Durability), it outperforms both of these options in their respective weak areas.

- Boost Enhancement: as the name suggests, these tires increase the car's boost capacity, strength, and regeneration speed.
¶ Strategy and Management
- If the Fast Tires can't last for the entirety of your desired stint's length and picking Durable Tires incurs too big of a speed penalty, use this set.
- In order to maximize this compound's potential, try picking as many
Boosting Facility upgrades as possible before equipping it.
